Reservation and Payment
To reserve your trip with Skylink Travel, you may be required to deposit a certain percentage of the total tour price. Final payments are typically due no later than 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.
Prices and Inclusions
Our tour prices generally include all accommodations, transfers, internal flights, meals, and entry fees to attractions, unless otherwise stated in the tour description. Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, and gratuities are not included.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific terms of your booking. In most cases, cancellations made 60 days prior to departure may receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
Changes to Booking
Changes to bookings can be made up to a certain number of days before departure, subject to availability and any applicable fees. (Comment: there is no specific number of days that allows to make the changes)
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, and public liability.
Passport and Visa
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and necessary visas to enter any countries included in the tour. (Comment: we didn’t mention our Visa service, it says the traveler is the responsible for the Visa)
Health and Fitness
Requirements
Some of our tours may require a moderate level of physical fitness. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements.
Accommodation

We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, however, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

Skylink Travel is not responsible for any damages, injuries, losses, or other expenses due to delays, changes, or cancellation of any services caused by factors beyond our control.
